Office of the Alumni Affairs (AA) at Daffodil International University (DIU) is committed to fostering a lifelong connection between the university and its alumni. The mission is to build a strong, engaged, and supportive alumni network that not only contributes to DIU’s growth but also provides continuous opportunities for professional and personal development for both DIU students and alumni. Alumni are actively connected with their peers, faculty, and current students through networking events, mentorship programs, industry collaborations, and special initiatives. The AA also recognizes and celebrates the achievements of DIU alumni, strengthening their bond with the university and showcasing their contributions to society.
At DIU, alumni support is considered ongoing. The Non-Stop Alumni Support Service ensures that DIU alumni receive lifelong assistance, including documentational support from the university, career guidance, job placement support, mentorship programs, skill development opportunities, and entrepreneurial assistance. Access to industry connections, business incubation, and funding opportunities for alumni entrepreneurs is provided, along with academic and research collaborations to foster continuous learning and knowledge-sharing. Additionally, outstanding alumni contributions are recognized, and platforms for community engagement and giving back to the DIU family are created.
Office of the Alumni Affairs also plays a crucial role in alumni-related policy-making and implementation, ensuring a structured and effective approach to alumni engagement. Additionally, the office assists the DIU Alumni Association and Departmental Alumni Associations in successfully implementing their initiatives by providing strategic guidance and ongoing support.
